Rose has worked at the Colorado Alliance, a non profit consortium of research libraries, since 2005. She started out as a Systems Librarian and was appointed Assistant Director in 2012. Rose manages Prospector and coordinates the Document Delivery and Catalog Reference commitees. She also oversees Gold Rush, an electronic resource management system developed by the Alliance. Rose received her MLIS degree from Emporia State University and has a Bachelor's in Psychology from CU-Boulder.
